You can call, email or make an online reservation .

You have the option of paying with cash before the service or pay via eSewa on our website.

Important! For cash or cheque payments; 48 hours prior to the reservation date, 50% of the total cost of the reservation must be made for confirmation.

No eSewa will not charge any additional fees if you have made a reservation through our website.

If you decide to use eSewa we will confirm your reservation as soon as we have received your payments.

For other modes of payments your reservation will only be confirmed after we have received at least 50% of the total reservation cost 48 hours before the reserved date. Please visit our office.

Once we have received at least 50% of the total reservation cost we will confirm your reservation within 24 hours.

If you have used our online reservation you can log in to your account using your email address used during the reservation and change the reservation as per your need.
( Please note that all changes must be done before 48 hours before of the reservation date ).

This is not an issue. You can always make reservations for a future date. Please make sure that you call as soon as possible to make the changes.

At the airport the driver will be holding a name card with the name under the reservation. If you would like a different name please mention it during the reservation.

Other locations the driver will have the details that is given to us during reservation and you will receive a call before the service commences.

Yes. If the place you want to visit is not already listed on our website, you can go to the Request Quote page and give us the details.

In case, you have called or emailed us regarding the trip, we will get back to you with an exact quotation within 24 hours if not sooner.
